Job summary

Yokogawa, a global leader in industrial automation, is seeking a project planner/coordinator in Newnan, GA. You will support planning, reporting and data analysis to help deliver project objectives.

Responsibilities include scheduling, documenting, and coordinating teams; driving continuous improvement; and preparing training materials for handover. Bachelor’s degree and basic managerial experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level required.
• Sound experience with basic project procedures (7–12 months).
• Experience coordinating the work of others (4–6 months).

Responsibilities

• Plan and support workstreams to deliver project objectives within the PM framework.
• Draft and present project review materials to support delivery oversight.
• Collect and input data into spreadsheets or standard formats for reports.
• Assign short-term work schedules to teams to meet timelines.
• Identify and implement continuous improvements in own area.
• Prepare complex documents and training materials for handover.
• Contribute to post-project reviews and lessons learned.
• Develop personal capabilities through training and ongoing education.
