Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation Technology, Electrical or Electronic Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years experience with distributed control system architecture including controllers, HMIs, and field devices.
• Experience with PLC and SCADA control logics; networking concepts (TCP, firewalls, remote access, VLANs).
• Ability to troubleshoot, analyze system logs, diagnose faults and resolve software/hardware issues; Windows domain policies and live system software upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote support and services effectively.
• Execute GTAC and audit checklists for Experion system.
• Facilitate issue identification and analysis; report to regional stakeholders.
• Maintain and update Knowledge articles; enable remote solutions at customer sites.
• Support PSC value demonstration with each deliverable; enable services installation and migration.
