You will manage inventory, budgets, safety, and KPI performance, partnering with Finance, Transportation and Operations to deliver reliable service.This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years in warehouse leadership, with proven change leadership, cost control, and team development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years related work experience in warehouse leadership.
• Experience managing high-performance teams in a large operation.

Responsibilities

• Budget setting, reviewing, and forecasting with Finance monthly.
• Maintain safety, production and quality targets across the network.
• Provide leadership and development plans for staff and ensure non-union alignment.
