Job summary

Nestlé Health Science seeks a Warehouse & Distribution Supervisor for second shift to lead a team in a fast-paced facility. You will manage inbound/outbound operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and drive safety and performance on the floor.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of supervisory warehouse experience, proficiency with SAP/WMS, and a strong focus on continuous improvement in a high-velocity environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of lead or supervisory experience in a warehouse/distribution environment.
• Experience with cycle counting, shipping/receiving, and DOT regulations.
• Proficient with SAP and/or other warehouse management platforms (WMS, ERP).

Responsibilities

• Lead hourly associates to meet daily targets and KPIs while ensuring safety and quality.
• Coach and develop Warehouse Leads and staff through regular evaluations.
• Ensure on-time order processing and warehouse throughput.
