Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) required.
• 10+ years in power electronics, power delivery architectures and precision analog circuits.
• Experience with semiconductor test equipment or precision instrumentation.
• Proven senior individual contributor, technical lead, or system architect able to influence direction.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills; travel up to 20%.
• Ability to define technical strategy and negotiate trade-offs across hardware, software, firmware, and test methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Define DC instrumentation and platform requirements and guide the product roadmap for Teradyne's UltraFLEXplus tester.
• Drive architecture decisions balancing performance, cost, scalability and long-term viability.
• Serve as the technical authority for DC system architecture across organizations; translate customer and market requirements into priorities.
• Represent Teradyne in customer engagements, technical conferences, and standards bodies to gather input.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across organizational boundaries to solve complex system-level challenges.
