The Platform-DC Systems Engineering position is a technical leadership role responsible for defining the direction of DC instrumentation across our ATE platforms. This role owns the instrument and platform-level architecture decisions that shape how our DC product lines evolve. That work involves evaluating emerging device, packaging, and power delivery technologies, then translating them into instrumentation capability that gives our customers a measurable test advantage.
The ideal candidate pairs deep expertise in power and precision analog design with systems-level judgment and leads through influence by driving architecture decisions and negotiating requirements and trade-offs across hardware, software, firmware, and test methodology.

Compensation: The base salary range for this role is $175,300 - $280,600. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.
Incentive Plan: This job is eligible for discretionary bonus(es) based on financial performance.
