• Ensure quality of work and maintain accuracy of production records and reports.
• Establish area objectives and coach staff to reach productivity goals.
• Act as a troubleshooter to resolve day-to-day problems and long-term plans.
• Provide staff operational guidance in organizing daily work and staffing needs.
• Recommend, interpret, implement, and resolve conflicts per guidelines.
• Coaching Supervisors on Managing Associate Performance (MAP).
• Conduct regular staff meetings to update on priorities and maintain communication.
• Handle administrative tasks for the department and recruit/retain staff.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose methods to improve productivity and quality.
