Bob's Discount Furniture is seeking a Senior DC Operations Manager for our Solon, OH Distribution Center. You will lead a team of operations and facilities managers, balancing workloads across departments to maximize efficiency and ensure on-time customer commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 6+ years of senior leadership experience in a warehouse environment.
• Experience maintaining budget and targeted expenses by reviewing monthly P&L and Capex; drive continuous improvement to exceed metrics.
• Experience managing teams and people; performance management, development, and succession planning.
• Experience staffing and effective recruitment strategies; cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with third-party labor partners and co-employment.
• Proven ability to focus on quality and accuracy to minimize product damage.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Analytical thinker with strong data problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to work under pressure and adapt operational decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of operations and facilities managers to meet operational targets.
• Balance workloads across warehouse departments to maximize workflow and meet customer deadlines.
• Partner with the building Director on annual business cycle preparations and cycle planning.
• Lead the facility when the Director is not on-site; coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Own budgeting processes, monitor P&L, and support capital planning.
• Drive continuous improvement using data-driven decisions and KPI monitoring.
• Promote safety culture and maintain housekeeping standards.
• Coordinate staffing, recruitment strategies, and manage third-party labor partners.
