Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or related field.
• Five or more years managing, leading and developing direct reports.
• Three years of Profit & Loss responsibility preferred.
• One year or more customer interaction preferred.
• HS diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field preferred.
• Master’s degree in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interface directly with the customer to ensure issues are resolved promptly and satisfaction remains high.
• Strategic operational planning and execution for the operation.
• Identify and solve issues via continuous improvement and LEAN initiatives.
• Hire, supervise, develop and manage performance for employees.
• Maintain open communications within work groups and with other units.
• May manage profit and loss statements based on organization scope.
• Lead a proactive safety program and ensure equipment maintenance.
