Job summary

Worldpac Canada Inc seeks a DC Outbound Operations Manager to lead daily distribution center operations and the AutoStore goods-to-person system at a new facility. You will partner with the GM/DC Director to implement efficient processes and ensure safety, quality, and timely fulfillment.

Responsibilities include overseeing picking/packing, carrier management, and staff development while maintaining strong cross-department collaboration.

Qualifications

• Comfortable with technology (RF scanners, robotics, etc.).
• English fluency, both written and spoken.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• At least 5 years of leadership in a warehouse/DC.
• Knowledge of WMS and Microsoft Office tools.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AutoStore goods-to-person system operations (put-away, picking, inventory).
• Manage daily workload with emphasis on safety, quality and efficiency.
• Coordinate with GM/Director and managers on methods, staffing and results.
• Monitor PPE usage and safety procedures across the team.
• Track performance and take corrective actions as needed.
• Coach and develop management staff with feedback.
