Job summary

Bob’s Discount Furniture seeks a Senior DC Operations Manager to lead a team of operations and facilities managers, driving on-time customer commitments and efficient warehouse performance. The role balances workloads, analyzes data, and collaborates across departments to implement cost controls and safety standards.

Responsibilities include cross-functional coordination, capital planning support, and preparing for annual business cycles in partnership with the Building Director.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred for leadership roles in warehouse operations.
• 6+ years of senior leadership experience in a warehouse environment.
• Experience managing budgets, P&L, and capex expenditures; driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of operations and facilities managers to meet targets.
• Balance workloads across warehouse departments to maximize workflow and meet commitments.
• Collaborate with the Building Director for annual cycles and budget planning.
• Lead the facility when the Director is not on-site and support capital planning.
