Job summary

Cart.com is seeking a Senior Operations Manager for our Longview, TX facility. You will report to the Site Director and lead a multi-client DTC & B2B operation, overseeing Operations Managers and Supervisors, with accountability for hourly staff.

You will develop, support, and maintain resources and processes to efficiently manage DC operations, drive performance, and ensure customer service excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a fast-paced logistics or 3PL setting.
• Strong communication skills, oral and written.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and shift priorities.
• Collaborative team player with diverse backgrounds.
• Experience using data to drive operational decisions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records on hours and financial projections for the team.
• Review operations and implement improvements approved by leadership.
• Direct shift flow and allocate resources to meet budget and demand.
• Oversee supervisors and staffing, including interviewing and training.
• Drive efficiency by improving current processes and practices.
• Develop and maintain resources to optimize DC operations.
• Foster teamwork, clear metrics, and strong customer service.
• Create departmental performance and cost-tracking spreadsheets.
• Promote a safe working environment and report incidents.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
