Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist associates with general daily support and regulatory questions.
• Prepare for conversations with Plan Sponsors, legal counsel, and internal partners on regulatory requirements and results delivery.
• Lead through escalated issues and provide sales support for implementing services.
• Contribute to compliance testing and related activities as needed.
