HNTB Corporation seeks a DB Design Manager (Highway/Managed Lanes) to lead teams on its largest projects. The role requires extensive contracting and leadership experience to deliver quality work on time, on budget, and to client satisfaction.

The position can be based from any HNTB office nationwide and requires travel to project offices. You will drive client relationships, manage financial performance, and staff projects per the work plan.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 12 years of experience including 6 years on mega projects.
• PE certification in multiple states, including California, preferred.
• Proven leadership of design-build highway/managed lanes projects.

Mansioni

• Develops and manages client relationships and serves as the primary company contact on assigned projects.
• Responsible for financial performance, budgets, schedules, and scope adherence.
• Staffing decisions, recruitment, and performance reviews for project teams.
• Leads pursuits for mega projects and prepares proposal materials and presentations.
