Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Manager, Quality Assurance Shop Floor (QASF) Day Shift to lead front-line QA managers at the Devens Cell Therapy Facility. You will oversee quality oversight of shop-floor activities, manufacturing, release testing, and packaging of autologous products while coaching a growing team.

The role emphasizes leadership, cGMP compliance, cross-functional collaboration, and a culture focused on patient safety and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Experience leading on-site quality operations and front-line teams.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and CAPA.
• Experience in aseptic/sterile environments is preferred.
• Ability to think strategically and drive continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership to QA day-shift managers and teams, ensuring effective communication and high performance.
• Uphold and improve quality standards through cross‑functional collaboration and influence.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance technical acumen of day-shift teams.
• Lead investigations and drive corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Represent QA on-floor during audits and inspections.
