Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Quality Assurance professional for the Devens, MA site. The role provides on-the-floor oversight across Manufacturing, QC and Supply Chain Operations, ensuring adherence to cGMP and approved procedures in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires a STEM degree and up to 2 years of cGMP experience, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. The work model involves a rotating shift from 6am to 6pm, including holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM field required or equivalent
• 0–2 years of relevant cGMP experience; FDA/EMA exposure preferred
• Ability to understand, follow, and apply approved procedures
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Provide on-the-floor quality oversight for Manufacturing, QC, and Supply Chain Operations
• Perform and document operational verifications per procedures
• Observe cleanroom behavior and aseptic techniques
• Support maintenance approvals and return-to-service plans
• Conduct area walkthroughs and drive corrective actions per cGMP
• Review records, resolve discrepancies, and escalate as needed
• Identify improvement opportunities and support site continuous improvement
• Assist in inspections and quality event investigations
