Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a QA Shop Floor Associate on a contract assignment through ASK Staffing DBA ASK Consulting to support 24x7 quality collaboration across manufacturing, QC labs, and supply chain operations in Summit, NJ.

You will review batch records, verify procedures, participate in inspections, and help drive continuous improvement while maintaining cGMP compliance. Shift options include Sun-Wed 10pm-8am or Wed-Sat 10pm-8am.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of relevant cGMP experience.
• Ability to understand, follow, and apply approved procedures.
• Basic computer skills with MS Office.
• Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional peers and management.
• Detail oriented and able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Perform and document operational verification per approved procedures.
• Review manufacturing or testing records for compliance and resolve discrepancies.
• Identify improvement opportunities and support continuous improvement goals.
• Maintain compliance with learning plans.
• Support internal and external inspections as required.
• Assist in assessment of discrepancies and initiation of quality events.
• Participate in cross-department meetings and communicate data clearly.
• Build relationships with team and partner functions.
