Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Shift Manager for the Shop Floor Quality Assurance team in Devens, MA. You will lead a team of 4-8 Specialists, ensuring quality oversight across Manufacturing, Quality Control laboratories, and Warehouse Operations on a 6am–6pm schedule.

You will drive deviations, CAPA, and batch record management within a fast-paced biopharma environment, collaborating with cross-functional partners to maintain compliance and readiness for regulatory audits.

Qualifications

• Experience leading on-site quality operations teams in a cGMP environment.
• Proficient with change control, deviations, investigations and CAPA management.
• Familiarity with GMP/Regulatory guidelines and quality risk management.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for on-floor quality oversight across manufacturing, labs and supply chain.
• Review batch records and investigate quality events with cross-functional teams.
• Coach QA staff and lead deviations, CAPA and disposition decisions.
• Develop standard-work to balance on-floor support with routine QA tasks.
