Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a senior circuit design engineer in California to lead the design, analysis, and optimization of digital and analog circuits for next-generation memory products.

You will drive architecture decisions, placement and routing optimization, and high-speed datapath design to achieve better performance, power, and area. You will also simulate with SystemVerilog and SPICE tools to verify functionality and reliability.

Qualifications

• High-speed circuit performance, power and area optimization.
• Circuit simulation with SystemVerilog, HSPICE or other spice simulators.
• Silicon data analysis and circuit change capability.
• Circuit Reliability verification for Aging, Electromigration & self-heating.
• Layout review and STARRC extraction.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, analysis, and optimization of digital and analog circuits for new memory products.
• Define architecture and chip plans, including placement and routing optimization.
• Perform circuit simulations to validate functionality and performance.
