Graphcore seeks a Principal Datacenter Technologist to turn platform architectures into repeatable operating models for AI data centers. You will lead end-to-end workflows across install, validation, deployment, and sustained operation of compute, networking, storage, memory, power and cooling technologies.

Within Advanced Architecture, you will define readiness criteria, telemetry, diagnostics, and cross-functional handoffs to move systems from architecture to deployment with clear ownership

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT, CS, or EE.
• Extensive data center infra build/ops experience at senior levels.
• Experience defining NPI processes in large-scale data centers.

Responsabilidades

• Own operating model and NPI framework for new hardware entering Graphcore data centers.
• Define end-to-end workflows for install, config, validation, deployment, service, and upgrade.
• Translate architecture requirements into readiness criteria for software, firmware, compute, networking, storage, power, and cooling.
• Create runbooks, interfaces, and ownership models aligning architecture, engineering, and site reliability teams.
• Lead readiness reviews and identify gaps in tooling, telemetry, and documentation.
