Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation is seeking a Senior Datacenter Product Engineer to lead the integration of GPU hardware into mass production. You will shape system architecture, optimize production lines, and drive DFx and test strategies across global manufacturing sites.

You will collaborate with NPI and CM teams to ensure cost efficiency, reliability, and quality while delivering cutting-edge NVIDIA AI datacenter platforms that power AI research and production workloads.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in EE/CE/IE/ME or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Knowledge of GPU/CPU development, system architecture and related tech (high-speed interconnects, memories, system reliability, server RAS).
• Knowledgeable in statistics, timing analysis and fault analysis.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; good time management and prioritization.
• Ability to work independently and drive projects efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with NPI teams for smooth production ramp at worldwide manufacturing sites and drive process improvements.
• Define DFx requirements for robust signal integrity and related production procedures.
• Develop and deliver test specs for system level manufacturing screens across new products.
• Drive alternate component qualifications and BOM updates.
• Collaborate with CM to define product assembly line, test stations and fixtures for cost and throughput.
• Craft solutions using data analysis and lab experiments to address yield and test issues.
• Lead optimization of production screen specs to minimize waste and meet test time, yield and DPPM targets.
• Support customer-facing and quality teams during escalations to address coverage gaps.
