Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation in Santa Clara, CA is seeking a Datacenter Product Engineer to drive mass production of new GPU boards and support AI supercomputing platforms. You will partner with NPI teams across worldwide manufacturing sites to optimize processes, define test requirements, and ensure cost and quality targets are met.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in GPU/CPU development, system architecture, and high-speed interconnects, with a proven track record in mass production and DFx

Qualifications

  • BS or MS degree in EE/CE/IE/ME or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • Strong engineering fundamentals: GPU/CPU development, design, system architecture, high-speed interconnects, memories (HBM, GDDR, etc.), server RAS features.
  • Knowledgeable in statistics, timing analysis, and fault analysis.
  • Strong communication and organization skills, with a logical approach to problem solving, good time management, and task prioritization.
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal direction and drive projects efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with NPI teams for smooth production ramp at worldwide manufacturing sites and drive process improvements.
  • Recommend and ensure DFx requirements for robust signal integrity related to layout, components, assembly, etc.
  • Develop and deliver test specs for system-level manufacturing screens for new products.
  • Drive alternate components qualifications and BOM updates.
  • Define product assembly line with CM, optimizing for cost and throughput.
  • Create solutions through data analysis and lab experiments to solve yield and test problems on the production floor.
  • Lead optimization of production screen spec definition processes to minimize waste and meet test time, yield, and DPPM targets.
  • Support customer-facing and quality teams during escalations to address gaps.
