Job summary

Altria is seeking a Lead Databricks Integration Analyst in Richmond, VA, with a hybrid work schedule. You will design, build, and operate the data integration layer linking enterprise sales applications to the Databricks Lakehouse, guiding technical directions and mentoring engineers.

You will lead ingestion and transformation pipelines, enforce data quality, and partner with architects, vendors, and platform teams to set connectivity standards and data contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field and 6+ years of enterprise data integration experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on Databricks experience designing, building, and operating data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design bi-directional integrations between enterprise sales apps and the Databricks Lakehouse.
• Build, configure, and optimize data ingestion pipelines from databases, SaaS, files, and streaming sources.
