Job summary

Altria Client Services LLC in Richmond, VA is seeking a Lead Databricks Integration Analyst to design, build, and operate the data integration layer connecting enterprise sales apps to the Databricks Lakehouse. This role offers a hybrid schedule with relocation benefits.

You will partner with architects, engineers, app teams and business partners to deliver reliable, governed data pipelines, while guiding technical direction and mentoring engineers across the sales integration portfolio.

Qualifications

• 6+ years designing and supporting enterprise data integrations in production.
• 3+ years hands-on Databricks design, building, and operating pipelines.
• Experience with Lakeflow Connect, CDC, and pragmatic troubleshooting.
• Strong SQL and Python; ability to optimize Spark workloads.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement bi-directional integrations between enterprise apps and Databricks Lakehouse.
• Build, configure and optimize ingestion pipelines for databases, SaaS, files, and streaming data.
• Develop and maintain transformation pipelines using Lakeflow and Spark tooling.
• Enforce data quality standards, monitoring, and incident response for production pipelines.
• Collaborate with owners, vendors, and platform teams on connectivity and data contracts.
• Lead integration initiatives with design reviews and mentoring across the team.
• Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and communicate priorities clearly.
