Deloitte's AI & Data practice seeks a Databricks Engineer to design, build, and optimize cloud-based data engineering solutions that support enterprise transformation. You will work with business and technology leaders to modernize data platforms, enable analytics and AI use cases, and drive measurable business outcomes.

You will champion best practices, lead data pipelines, and coach teams while navigating governance, security, and CI/CD in cloud environments across AWS, Azure, and GCP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on data engineering experience with Databricks on AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Experience with Lakehouse architecture, Spark, Delta Lake, and cloud-native storage.
• 1+ year leading cross-functional data projects and teams.

Responsabilités

• Establish best practices for data architecture, integration, and modelling.
• Oversee design and maintenance of data pipelines for enterprise-scale needs.
• Drive data quality, operational efficiency, and scalable processes.
• Lead teams of data engineers and architects and foster growth.
• Consult on governance, security, and compliance for cloud data ecosystems.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to executives and stakeholders.
• Implement CI/CD for data engineering pipelines and automate deployments.
