Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 10+ years of consulting or 14+ years IT experience.
• Deep expertise with Databricks and cloud data platforms across major clouds.
• Proven ability to lead architecture decisions and mentor teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable Databricks architecture solutions for enterprise customers.
• Collaborate with solution architects, data engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end data solutions.
• Partner with pre-sales on SOWs including scope, estimates, timelines, and approach.
• Explain business value of Databricks/AI to executives and co-create innovation roadmaps.
• Provide consulting leadership in architecture, governance, and cloud engineering.
• Champion AI/ML within delivery model, use automation and ML frameworks.
• Assess data ecosystems and design architectures with learning plans.
• Shape strategy and contribute to reusable assets.
