Clicklease is building a robust data platform in Draper, UT. You’ll own our production databases (SQL Server and PostgreSQL) on AWS EC2, ensure high availability, and drive automation and security across the data stack.

Qualifications

• 5+ years administering SQL Server or PostgreSQL in production.
• High availability, disaster recovery, and backup/restore expertise.
• Experience with self-hosted databases on AWS EC2 and Linux.
• Performance tuning, query optimization in SQL/T-SQL.
• Automation with Python; familiarity with Bash/PowerShell.

Responsibilities

• Keep production databases stable with failover, replication, and DR plans.
• Own backup/recovery strategy and automate restores and tests.
• Refresh non-production environments from production data safely.
