Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, CIS, or related field.
• Minimum four years in a technical leadership role.
• Minimum ten years experience in an IT operations environment with distributed technologies, systems development, and/or networking.

Responsibilities

• Drives execution of multiple work streams by identifying needs, updating procedures, gaining cross-functional support, translating strategy into requirements, allocating resources, and guiding performance.
• Builds collaborative relationships, mentors team members, and fosters open dialogue to drive projects forward and adapt to change.
• Leverages DEVOPS, Waterfall and Agile practices to design and deliver resilient, secure, cloud-based solutions across on‑premise and cloud environments.
• Partners with IT teams and business stakeholders to ensure designs meet architecture standards and support enterprise roadmaps.
• Leads in developing project plans, schedules, and resource estimates, and communicates target strategies to the team.
