Job summary

On-site, full-time at a government facility, with a strong emphasis on security and cross-stack integration. You’ll work across relational and graph databases, including PostgreSQL and Neo4j, plus tools like Redis

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance with CI polygraphability.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and graph databases like Neo4j.
• Hands-on systems programming with C, C++, or Rust.
• Experience with OS interfaces, IPC, concurrency, and memory management.
• Experience with authentication, authorization, and cloud deployments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, test, and deploy secure, scalable applications and services using multiple languages.
• Apply systems programming principles to build performant components.
• Develop software for process creation, monitoring, and inter-process communication.
• Build and manage multithreaded applications with proper synchronization.
• Design, implement, and troubleshoot networked applications using sockets and client-server architectures.
• Trace and analyze database engine code to support integration and modification.
• Develop relational database storage using SQL, data modeling, and access controls.
• Integrate graph databases and search/indexing engines across storage solutions.
