Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT/tech experience in software, cloud, or data domains.
• 3+ years in design, implementation, or consulting for applications and infrastructure.
• 10+ years IT development or consulting in the software or Internet industries.
• Experience with commercial relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server).
• Experience with non-relational databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB, ElastiCache, Redis, Couchbase, Neptune, Neo4j).

Responsibilities

• Design and architect end-to-end database solutions for HCLS customers, leading technical discussions on migration and modernization.
• Lead complex migration assessments, performance optimization engagements, and architecture reviews.
• Provide strategic technical guidance through 1:1 advisory sessions and workshops.
• Drive database service adoption and revenue growth by contributing to go-to-market strategy and content.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate customer requirements into product enhancements.
• Stay current with trends in Database, Analytics, and Generative AI to help customers innovate.
