Qualifications

• Strong Java/Scala programming skills and distributed systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and build the next generation big data compute platform for ETL, analytics, and ML at Airbnb.
• Operate, manage, and improve platform reliability, performance, and cost efficiency.
• Write maintainable, self-documenting code and participate in code reviews.
• Contribute to open source software and drive industry impact.
