Job summary
AHEAD seeks a Principal Data Consultant to lead complex data, analytics, AI, cloud, and digital transformation engagements for enterprise clients. You’ll set strategy, govern engagements, mentor teams, and drive business growth while ensuring client success and delivery excellence.
You will partner with executive stakeholders, align technology solutions with business goals, and contribute to the maturation of AHEAD’s Data Practice through mentoring and IP development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, Business, or related field.
Responsibilities
- Own the success of complex engagements, including delivery quality and client satisfaction.
- Lead as primary Engagement Lead with executive relationships and governance.
- Define engagement strategy, governance, and executive reporting.
- Manage risks, staffing, and delivery issues to ensure outcomes.
- Mentor Senior Consultants and develop growth within the Data Practice.
- Drive practice growth through service offerings and thought leadership.
