Job summary

AHEAD is seeking a Principal Data Consultant to lead complex data, analytics, AI, cloud, and digital transformation engagements for enterprise clients in the US. You will serve as the Engagement Lead, shaping strategy, governance, and executive reporting to drive measurable outcomes.

In this senior role, you will mentor leaders, grow the Data Practice, and build trusted advisory relationships with CIOs and other executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Engineering/Data Science, or related field.
• 12–15+ years leading enterprise data/analytics/digital transformation.
• Proven engagement leadership with executive client relationships and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own the success of complex engagements with client satisfaction and financials.
• Serve as Engagement Lead and executive advisor across the engagement lifecycle.
• Define engagement strategy, governance, success metrics, and reporting.
• Lead executive steering committees, governance meetings, roadmap workshops.
• Mentor Senior Consultants and develop future leaders.
