Job summary

AHEAD is seeking a Principal Data Consultant to lead complex data, analytics, AI, cloud, and digital transformation engagements in the USA. You will steer engagement strategy, governance, and executive reporting while mentoring delivery teams to ensure measurable business value and client success.

You will drive business development, shape service offerings, and contribute to the long-term growth of AHEAD’s Data Practice, managing executive relationships and delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field and 12–15+ years leading enterprise data initiatives.
• Proven track record as Engagement Lead or senior consulting leader on large, cross-functional transformation programs.
• Experience managing executive client relationships, engagement finances, governance, and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Own the success of complex engagements, including delivery quality, client satisfaction, and financial performance.
• Serve as the primary Engagement Lead and executive advisor across the engagement lifecycle.
• Lead governance, steering committees, roadmap workshops, and executive reporting.
• Partner with PMs, architects, and delivery leads to align with client objectives and governance.
• Mentor Senior Consultants and Build organizational capability within the Data Practice.
