Qualifications

• 10+ years designing and operating data storage technology at scale in cloud-native SaaS (AWS/GCP, MySQL, NoSQL).
• Proven ownership of data movement through developer portals and partner onboarding.
• Deep security & tenancy knowledge, including OAuth2/OIDC and multi-tenant isolation.

Responsibilities

• Define and steward the architectural vision for BambooHR’s Data Technology.
• Collaborate with leadership to define product vision and strategy from a data architecture perspective.
• Guide growth, monetization, and FinOps enablement through architectural decisions.
