Wellington Management Company is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to join the Global Data & Application Support team in Needham, MA. This role involves ensuring data accuracy and supporting investment data processes while collaborating with various teams.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of financial industry experience. The position offers a base salary range of USD90,000–180,000 and comprehensive benefits including a retirement plan and health coverage.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the financial industry with strong understanding of Fixed Income, Equity, FX, and Derivative instruments.
• Experience with gathering functional requirements, developing specifications, test plans, and test executions.
• Hands-on experience with SQL or other relational database technologies is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Focus on data support to ensure the data is accurate and updated.
• Collaborate with offshore colleagues and act as an escalation point.
• Monitor and maintain data quality across internal systems and databases.
