Job summary

Stifel Financial Corp. in Saint Louis is seeking a Data & Systems Analyst III to serve as a senior technical contributor on the Technology & Analytics team, supporting Compliance data, reporting, and automation across AML.

This role emphasizes advanced SQL development, Power BI/SSRS reporting, data integration from multiple systems, and guidance to junior analysts, with opportunities to improve processes through automation and AI-enabled tools such as Copilot.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Finance, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of IT, systems support, data, reporting, or related technical experience.
• Preferred: experience supporting financial services, regulatory, Compliance, surveillance, or other highly controlled environments.
• Preferred: experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced SQL solutions for recurring and ad hoc reporting, data analysis, and operational needs.
• Integrate and analyze data from multiple enterprise systems to support Compliance reporting and decision-making.
• Lead complex technical initiatives from requirements gathering through implementation and provide mentorship to analysts.
