Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years IT, systems support, operations, or related experience.
• Experience with business or enterprise systems, including testing, reporting, or administration.
• Experience in financial services or regulated environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support administration and day-to-day operation of technology platforms across Compliance.
• Assist with user access, entitlements, and system configuration.
• Perform data validation, reconciliations, and basic analysis for reporting and system processes.
• Query data with SQL and assist with reporting requests.
• Assist with system testing, regression testing, and deployment validation.
• Investigate issues and track technology requests.
• Maintain documentation of procedures and testing results.
• Support system upgrades and integrations.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting and automation.
