Job summary

Stifel Financial Corp. is seeking a Data & Systems Analyst III to support Compliance reporting across AML. You will design and optimize SQL solutions, build dashboards, and partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data products.

This role provides technical guidance to junior analysts, promotes coding standards, and participates in system upgrades and vendor implementations. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT/CS/IS/Data Analytics/Finance/Business Admin.
5+ years in IT, systems support, data, or reporting.
Experience in financial services or regulated environments preferred.
Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring juniors.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain advanced SQL solutions for reporting and data analysis.
Develop complex queries, stored procedures, views, and data transformations.
Integrate data from multiple enterprise systems to support Compliance reporting.
Design dashboards and reports using Power BI and SSRS.
Provide guidance to junior analysts and maintain QA standards.
Lead system upgrades, vendor implementations, testing, and deployments.
