Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, CS, Mathematics or related field preferred.
• Advanced Degree is desired.
• 8+ years of analytics experience with a strong focus on supply chain operations.
• Experience with Data Visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBi, Looker).
• Experience with GCP BigQuery and Alteryx ETL tools preferred.
• Experience in an Agile environment and with AI/ML modeling tools.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets related to transportation, warehousing, and other supply chain ops to identify trends and opportunities.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports to present complex information clearly.
• Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Model supply chain scenarios and forecast performance using advanced analytics.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across analyses and reporting.
• Lead ML/AI projects across the Global Logistics team, including opportunity analysis and product ownership.
