Job summary

Cardinal Health seeks a senior Business Intelligence professional to join the Supply Chain Systems team in the United States. You will partner with internal customers to align data and technology solutions, optimizing warehouse and transportation for the supply chain.

The role requires cross-functional collaboration with IT, Finance, Operations and Logistics to deliver data-driven dashboards, forecast performance, and lead ML/AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of analytics experience with a strong focus on supply chain operations.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including transportation and warehousing.
• Experience with TMS/WMS systems and Big Data tools.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau/Power BI/Looker.
• Experience using AI/ML tools and Agile methodology.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets related to transportation, warehousing, and other supply chain operations to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using data visualization tools to present complex information clearly and concisely.
• Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for internal stakeholders, including operations, logistics, and executive leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, define KPIs, and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Utilize advanced analytical techniques to model supply chain scenarios and forecast performance.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all analyses and reporting.
• Lead ML/AI projects across the Global Logistics team – including opportunity analysis, implementation, and product ownership.
