DaVita is seeking a Sr. Analyst to support Revenue Operations Data Management and Strategy in Denver. You will help migrate data from SQL to EDW, ensure data quality and compliance, and translate business needs for IT stakeholders while shaping long-term data strategy.

You will work with analytics teams to align data architecture with reporting needs and contribute to DaVita’s mission of caring for patients. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

2+ years of relevant experience in an analytical, project management, or strategic support role.
SDLC experience a plus
Bachelor’s degree in related field required; graduate degree a plus
Experience with writing SQL queries (MS SQL Server, PLSQL/Oracle, Netezza)
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills required
MS Access, Tableau, VBA, R, Python skills preferred
Ability to dissect a problem into an organized approach and quickly form a hypothesis against which to run analyses
Strong sense of accountability; passion for owning projects and driving them to completion
Aptitude for seeing the big picture in addition to important nuances
Ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple, easily digestible manner to a range of audiences
Experience working with visualization tools (Cognos, Tableau etc) or data movement (ETL Tools) preferred

Responsibilities

Assist in managing the successful completion of data migration project from a SQL to EDW environment including documentation of data, requirements, prioritization, QA and UAT support.
Independently lead collection and maintenance of data documentation ensuring data quality and compliance.
Synthesize and present business needs to IT stakeholders and manage trade-offs and roadblocks.
Continually assess opportunities and effectiveness of the data strategy.
Identify changing business needs to improve data management processes and long-term strategy.
Maintain alignment with partners to integrate data strategy into operations and initiatives.
Collaborate with revenue operations analytics teams to meet reporting and analytical needs.
Other duties as assigned.
