The Sycamore Group is partnering with DaVita Kidney Care to recruit a Senior Director, Strategy/Partner Engagement based in Denver, Colorado.

This is a highly visible enterprise leadership role for someone who can combine strategic thinking with operational execution. The Senior Director will help shape DaVita’s provider engagement strategy, translate provider and market insights into enterprise-level initiatives, and lead a team of managers and analysts responsible for driving measurable outcomes across the organization. The role will work extensively across operations, clinical, technology, strategy, and other functions and will require someone comfortable navigating a large, complex organization and influencing senior stakeholders.

This role is based in Denver and is not a fully remote position. Candidates should expect to work from DaVita's Denver office approximately 2–3 days per week. We are willing to help relocate the right candidate to Denver. Approximately 20–25% travel may be required for provider meetings, internal meetings, and industry events.
