Job summary

DaVita is seeking a Senior Manager to lead a team of motivated professionals, coordinating across business units to drive transformational change in healthcare. You will manage cross-functional initiatives, develop data-driven processes, and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

You will coach teammates, foster belonging, and build strong relationships with operators and clinicians while ensuring deliverables stay on schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience leading others.
• Experience driving transformational change through teams from concept through implementation with tangible impact on operating/financial performance.
• 5-10 years of total work experience in progressive roles.
• Experience or degree in a healthcare related field strongly preferred.

• Develops infrastructure around data, tools and processes to create sustained organizational capabilities.

• Works closely with teammates in the clinics and develops long-standing relationships with operators and clinicians
• Allocates team resources to ensure all timelines and deliverables are met
• Creates and manages project plans that drive accountability for complex, cross-functional initiatives; Gets the right stuff done
• Up to 30% travel may be required at times; though typical travel is 5-10%

The Salary Range for the role is $104,000.00-$150,000.00 per year.
