Job summary

Qualifications

• Support maintenance and improvement of the patient experience platform.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools; assist with expansions to new populations.
• Prioritize tasks and manage across multiple assignments.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data; QA data.
• Engage with users to gather feedback and support trainings.
