Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree with strong academic performance; advanced degree (MBA or MSc) is a significant asset.
• 3–5 years of full-time experience in consulting, data/analytics, marketing, advertising, finance, or tech with client-facing delivery.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; confidently represent Artefact at senior client level.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate across diverse, multicultural teams; strong intercultural communication is essential.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SQL, Python, or R is a strong differentiator.

Responsibilities

• Defining client needs through in-depth discovery and structured interviews with client teams and tech partners.
• Performing advanced data analysis and rigorous research to solve high-impact strategic challenges.
• Building and presenting data-driven strategic recommendations that are actionable and boardroom-ready.
• Developing new business proposals that translate Artefact’s capabilities into clear value propositions.
• Contributing to thought leadership and content development on business topics.
