Job summary

Artefact is a global data and analytics consultancy with 2,000+ experts, launching its US Life Sciences practice from NYC and LA. We’re seeking a Director or Senior Director to lead and grow this practice.

You have 8–10+ years in Life Sciences consulting or analytics, deep pharma commercial knowledge, and fluency with data platforms and AI. You’ll build pipelines, lead end-to-end pursuits, and deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

8–10+ years of experience in Life Sciences consulting or analytics.
Deep familiarity with commercial Life Sciences functions: Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Launch, Pricing or Contracting.
Strong understanding of pharma/biotech commercial lifecycle.
Experience with Life Sciences data ecosystems and tools (IQVIA, Symphony Health, Veeva CRM).
Experience engaging senior commercial leaders as a peer and advisor.

Responsibilities

Build and own a pipeline of Life Sciences clients and expand relationships.
Lead end-to-end pursuits: identify opportunities, develop proposals, shape the commercial narrative, and close engagements.
Engage C-suite and VP-level stakeholders as a trusted thought partner.
Represent Artefact externally through events, speaking engagements, and thought leadership.
Collaborate with Artefact’s global network to deliver capabilities in GenAI and data engineering.
