Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-time work experience, ideally in consulting, data/analytics, marketing, advertising, finance, or tech.

Responsibilities

• Define client needs through interviews with client teams and technology partners.
• Perform advanced data analysis and research on high-impact, strategic client problems.
• Help build, formulate, and present strategic data and AI recommendations.
• Keep internal project efforts aligned and interface with clients with confidence and care.
• Use AI tools daily across your work: analysis, synthesis, writing, and quality checking.
• Prototype ideas with agentic coding tools to deliver working demos.
• Apply core GenAI concepts well enough to explain them to clients and stress-test vendor claims.
• Develop specialization in at least one AI platform ecosystem: Google (Gemini), Anthropic (Claude), or OpenAI.
• Present insights to clients in clear, compelling language for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Contribute to new business proposals and Artefact-published content.
• Oversee and mentor entry-level consultants and interns.
