Qualifications

• 6–10 years of management consulting or HR experience in financial services.
• Highly numerate and analytical with strong client relationship and communication skills.
• Excellent presentation skills with clear verbal and written communication.
• Knowledge of compensation is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality deliverables under limited supervision, including synthesis of complex information and development of data-driven insights.
• Present analytics to deliver insights, conclusions and recommendations to clients.
• Advise mid- and senior-level HR professionals and address strategic questions.
• Lead client proposals and manage project timelines in coordination with senior data solutions management.
• Collaborate with marketing to draft sector content for outreach and support sales.
