Job summary

Aon Human Capital is seeking a Consultant – Data Solutions in Norwalk, CT to join the Financial Services Data Solutions Team. You will work across performance and reward products to drive incremental sales, manage data, and support consulting engagements.

The role requires 4–8 years in management consulting or HR within financial services, strong analytical and presentation skills, and a Bachelor’s Degree. This is a hybrid position with in-office 2+ days per week in Connecticut.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of management consulting or HR experience in the financial industry; insurance sector preferred.
• Highly numerical and analytical with strong client relationship and communication skills.
• Excellent presentation skills including strong verbal and written communication.
• Knowledge of compensation is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop high quality deliverables and synthesize complex information beyond standard templates.
• Present analytics to deliver insights, conclusions and recommendations to clients.
• Advise HR professionals and address strategic questions for clients.
• Articulate the value proposition of rewards solutions to client peers and influence product strategy.
• Partner with marketing to draft sector content and draft proposals for data-focused deliverables.
